Ladies, this is NOT the place for you! Go to Dave's Ultimate Automotive instead. I am leaving this review in hopes that it'll keep someone else from spending unnecessary money/time at this establishment. After being a Lamb's customer for 10 years and 3 vehicles later, I will never return. I used to go to the Far West location. They always took care of me and didn't push ridiculous unnecessary work on my vehicle. I specifically stopped going to dealerships and started using Lamb's for that very reason. I figured I could expect the same out of the AW Grimes location, but that was far from what I got. IDK what kind of business they're running here, but it doesn't feel honest. I dropped my truck off at Lamb's at 9am for a routine oil change. Lambs took care of my flat tire. They inspected all the tires and the spare, repaired the tire with the roofing nail & rotated the tires for me. They were knowledgeable and professional. Steve kept me updated on the timely service. Overall a very good experience that not only fixed my tire but Lambs showed me they cared! I will be coming back to Lambs for my car maintenance.

My husband & I came to Lamb’s for the required emissions inspection to get our car registration. It was completed quickly & accurately (I’m sure). The personal caring service we received was outstanding! I use a walker & carry an oxygen tank. The attendant had us park right beside the door, got the walker out of the back & helped me get out of the car & make the step up the curb to the office. After the work was completed, he brought the car back to the door & helped me back into the car. Lambs made what could have been difficult almost easy! Thanks for excellent service.
